Bitvis is a team in Linköping that builds the app, hub and platform in-house. We like understanding how the electricity system fits together and seeing our work run live at energy companies.
The problem we solve
Homes are adding electric cars, heat pumps, batteries and solar panels while electricity is becoming harder to understand. Energy companies need a service that gives customers a clear overview and controls energy when needed, for both household finances and the electricity system. That is why we build the app, real-time meter, Dashboard and control system in one office, with support for flexibility when energy companies are ready for the next step.

The best moments are when something discussed over coffee appears in the app, in a hub or in a customer's home a few weeks later. From a sketch to something people actually use.

A demo is useful. What counts is a customer opening the app, a hub installed on the wall and a support team that knows what to do.
The office where things get built
Software and hardware meet under one roof in Linköping. We enjoy working together in the office where design, development and unexpected ideas take shape. The teams are close and it is easy to ask someone who has already explored the same problem.
We are a broad mix, from PhDs to junior developers. Our interests range from 3D printers, Formula 1 and the NBA to fishing, skincare and snus.
