Power control
Keep track of power throughout the hour
Power control uses measurements from Power Hub to follow how the hourly average develops. The customer chooses a power limit and decides whether charging should adapt or the app should send a notification.
The customer chooses what happens
The customer sets a preferred maximum hourly power level in Power App. If it is likely to be exceeded, a compatible charger can reduce its charging current. The customer can also choose a notification and decide what to do next.
Power control and load balancing
Both features can adjust charging, but they meet different needs.
Power control follows the hour
Power Flow estimates how the customer's average power is developing.
The customer chooses the action
Charging can adapt or the customer can receive a notification in the app.
