Product Owner

The role

As a product owner at Bitvis you help shape what comes next for Power Flow. You bring together what energy companies need, what customers actually do in the app and what is reasonable to build now. Then you turn that into priorities the development team can act on.

Your work keeps you close to both customers and the code. That means demos, the backlog, feedback from support and decisions about what can wait.

What you do

• Prioritise and break down what we build next
• Sit with customers and find out what actually causes friction
• Write requirements and stories the development team can work from
• Follow up to make sure that what we ship is used and makes a difference
• Keep the product plan current when reality changes

You will fit here if

• You like switching between business, users and technology
• You can say no and explain why something has to wait
• You write and speak so that both customers and developers understand you
• You thrive in a small company where you both plan and do the work yourself

Useful experience

• Experience as a product owner, product manager or similar in a product company
• Experience of working closely with a development team in sprints or a similar rhythm
• Interest in energy, energy retail or how technology is used in everyday life

You do not need to be able to code. You do need to be able to talk with people who do.

How we work

We are based in Linköping and like being in the office, but hybrid working is possible. Product, design and development work closely together. What matters is seeing something run in production for a customer.
