Bitvis and the processing of personal data

Bitvis is responsible for processing personal data that:

• candidates provide when applying for a specific position or making an open application
• is collected in our customer relationship platform to support and improve customer relationships
• prospective customers provide when completing a form or otherwise expressing an interest in our services.

Why do we collect personal data?

We collect personal data to:

• contact candidates during recruitment processes and about potential interviews
• build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective and relevant communication
• follow up with prospective customers who have expressed an interest in our services.

How we process your data

All personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. This means that:

• the data is used only for the purposes for which it was collected
• personal data is never shared with a third party without your consent
• candidate data is automatically deleted within one year after the recruitment process ends unless the candidate requests earlier deletion
• prospective customer data is retained while a legitimate interest remains or until the individual requests deletion
• customer data is retained only for as long as needed to meet our commitments or legal requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• request information about the data we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate, incomplete or misleading data
• request deletion of your data in accordance with the GDPR.
